With these crazy things happening in this world we are living in, it is inevitable to feel down, discouraged and anxious. For us Catholics, it is also a pressure to take heart. To be brave, because we are created to suffer just like Christ. In these challenging times, let us be reminded that God gave us His Sacred Heart to entrust our being. That, His Sacred Heart will be our refuge. That we can always rely on it.

O Lord, Jesus Christ to Your Most Sacred Heart, I confide this intention.

I throw myself on Your mercy
Lord Jesus! You will not fail me.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, I have asked for many favors,
But earnestly implore this one, take it,
Place in Your Sacred Heart.
When the Eternal Father sees it covered with Your Precious Blood,
He will not refuse it.
It will no longer be my prayer but Yours.
O Jesus; O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I lace my trust in You.
